High Agency

Once you discover the concept of high agency, it’s hard to not think about it from time to time. I often re-read this to remind me of how your biggest asset is your mind and how you use it. Even with all the odds stacked against you, you can find ways to create and produce the things that are meaningful to you. Im a big believer that we dont need more money or time, we need more agency for ourselves and this mental model captures that perfectly.
